Sichuan Tianwei Electronic Co., Ltd a professional manufacturer of vacuum display, vacuum phototube and fuse.  Tianwei was registered with 8 million RMB. Having an area of 6,000 square meters, it is located in Longtan Dushi Industrial Zone, Chengdu city in Sichuan Province, China.

     Its products include ultraviolet photoelectric cell, fuse, monochrome display tube, minisize lights, discharge tube and cold cathode rectifying tube. They are widely used in the fields of spaceflight, navigation, weapon and ships.

      Founded in 2002, Tianwei today is a hi-tech enterprise in Chengdu. It developed the WRK TypeⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ for armies in 1992. Also, it developed 3-inch and 1-inch monochromy display tube of high brightness and high distinguish in 1996 and 1999. What’s more, it developed GD-2J ultraviolet photoelectric cell in 2001 and discharge tube in 2005, which broke the export embargo.

      Tainwei has three national standard production lines. In 2005, it got the certificate of GJB9001A-2001. In 2007, it got the license for making electrical apparatus in the war industry.
